Medico-legal Reports

We accept instruction for reports from legal professionals, case managers and self-funded clients, in all aspects of prosthetics and orthotics. These reports range from those setting out a rehabilitation pathway to medico-legal reports to be used in litigation cases.

We can also provide a second opinion on previously commissioned reports.

We are happy to travel nationwide and conduct domiciliary visits.

Immediate Needs Assessment report (INA)

It is widely accepted that early intervention can achieve the best outcome for the client, enabling individuals’ return to independence and, where possible, employment. An immediate needs assessment, and the report produced following this, will allow identification of the client’s short- and medium-term prosthetic requirements, and projected costs.

Initial Assessment report

Initial assessment reports can be provided for our self-funded private clients.

Following clinical consultation, we will prepare a report to summarise the prosthetic or orthotic assessment, clinician’s opinions and recommendations; including the prescription options and projected costs.
